I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a huge bed, spacious room, balcony overlooking the lake, and a stylish modern bathroom. The room was super comfortable and clean, though I wished there was more tea and coffee readily available, but they quickly provided more when requested. The waterfront view added to the charm of the room.

The staff at the hotel are lovely and extremely helpful, making my stay very pleasant. However, there could be a bit more focus on customer service, though I understand it might be a cultural aspect. The dry cleaning, housekeeping, welcome drink, and tour assistance were nice touches.
